Nature of Digital Products

All digital items sold by Wright & Co Market are delivered as downloadable files. No physical product will be shipped.

Once payment is confirmed, customers receive immediate access to their files via:

• an on-screen download link, and
• a follow-up email with download access.

Delivery & Access

• Files are delivered automatically through Shopify’s digital delivery system.
• Customers are responsible for downloading and storing their files after purchase.
• Download links remain active for a limited period as determined by Shopify.

If you experience trouble accessing your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll be happy to assist.Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital file has been delivered, except in the following cases:

• the file is corrupted or incomplete
• the incorrect file was delivered

In these cases, we will promptly provide a corrected file.

Permitted Use

All digital downloads are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.

You may:

• print the file for personal display
• use it for personal décor or gifting (printed form only)

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, or share the digital file
• upload files to third-party marketplaces
• claim the artwork as your own
