Wright & Co. Market – Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident bringing pieces from the market into your home. Because our collection includes curated, small-batch, and one-of-a-kind items, our return policy is designed to be fair, thoughtful, and sustainable.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Free from damage, wear, or scent transfer

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Candles, fragrances, body care, and cleaning items

  • Vintage, thrifted, estate, or one-of-a-kind pieces

  • Original artwork and digital products

  • Sale or discounted items

These pieces are carefully selected for quality and integrity, but due to their nature, we’re unable to restock or resell them.


Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

For Shopify Collective items, replacements or refunds are handled in accordance with the maker’s policies. We’ll always help facilitate communication when needed.


Shipping Considerations

Because some items ship directly from our makers or partners, orders may arrive in multiple shipments. This also means return addresses may vary.
